Interview Process
At LCA teaching, we believe our success is the result of our comprehensive interview and selection process.
We believe getting to know one another is essential to a positive outcome.
All candidates will be asked to produce original or verified copies of all post18 qualifications including degrees and relevant teaching qualifications. Health assessments are carried out and candidates will be checked against the DfCFS List 99, be required to show proof of CRB Disclosure and when relevant show ISA registration.
Candidates will also be asked to supply two references from their most recent teaching position.
After the vetting procedure is completed we then begin to identify the real you. Time spent with both client and candidate allows us to identify your individual needs and expectations.
We are looking for high quality educators in return you will receive a high quality, uncompromising service!
