full time Lettings Accounts Administrator

Our clients an established Investment Company are looking for candidates who have worked within a similar position for minimum of two years. The primary role is to maintain and ensure the smooth running of the Accounts Department as well as providing support to the Property management Team. You must possess excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail. It is essential for this role that you have good IT skills and ideally have experience with CPS and Sage software.

Main Duties

The role includes but is not limited to the following duties:

• Taking payments by cash and card & Banking
• Filing and matching monthly statements
• Bank reconciliation (Daily)
• Rent Arrears
• Monitor rent accounts taking appropriate action to maximise rental income.
• Banking
• Credit Control
• Preparing end of year accounts
VAT
• Online Payments
