A busy & reputable Estate Agency requires an Experienced Letting Negotiator with a minimum of two years experience to join their already established team.

The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated and driven, ideally with a proven track record. This role requires an excellent ‘negotiator’ and ‘closer’ as you will be determined to make a huge impact to develop your career. Hampton Hill, offers a variety of period, post-war and new build properties, ranging from character cottages, 1930’s semi-detached family homes to expansive Victorian and Edwardian houses. With good bus links to Richmond, Kingston and Twickenham, Hampton Hill is also easily accessible to the M3, M25 and A3 and Heathrow Airport.

The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people, so good customer service skills is essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are essential qualities to succeed in this position.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience gained within Residential Lettings, be extremely hard working, driven and HUNGRY for success!!!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm, Every other Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm
