English Teacher – Required for September 2010.

An imaginative teacher passionate about English is required to join an innovative department. A thoughtful practioner who is able to apply a range of teaching styles and strategies.

You will need to be prepared to use a variety of teaching skills including ICT as a tool for both teaching and learning. This post would be suitable for NQT or experienced English practioners .

You will have a proven record of excellence within the classroom; a belief in the ability of all within the school community to achieve. You will be uncompromising in your pursuit of high standards of student achievement and behaviour.

This is an average sized mixed school in the East London area. Students make satisfactory progress during their time at the school and are at the national average or above.
