Our client; an independent estate agency based in the East London area is looking for a negotiator who has dealt with both residential sales & lettings for a minimum of six months.

You will be involved in both sales & lettings so you will need to be versatile and comfortable in dealing with both, preference is letting experience; however training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Duties will include:

Canvassing & marketing to gain new business
Registering & qualifying applicants
Booking & attending viewings
Negotiating terms with landlords & vendors

You will have a full clean driving licence and own car for business use.
