Our clients require a Negotiator for their North London Estate Agency; candidate’s should be enthusiastic and hungry for success. The successful candidate will work within a team who are driven by success.

The successful candidate will be motivated and enjoy working within a target driven environment, possess good customer service skills and have a smart and presentable appearance. You will be an excellent communicator and possess strong negotiation skills. You will demonstrate good awareness of the property market and possess the drive and determination to succeed.

The role will involve:

• Registering sales & lettings applicants
• Carry out viewings
• Marketing and advertising properties
• Advising relevant parties about the sales/lettings process
• Liaising with prospective buyers/tenants
• Negotiating with the relevant parties
• Managing lettings.

• Our client will consider candidates from Trainee level up to Negotiators with 1/2 years experience. Experience in both sales and lettings preferred but not essential.

• Good local knowledge preferred
• Must have full clean driving licence
