Our clients require a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator for their East London Estate Agency. Candidate’s should be professional, enthusiastic and hungry for success. The successful Negotiator will work in part of a close team and will be involved with the Sales and Lettings. This role is fast pace and offers variety.

The successful candidate will be both motivated and enthusiastic and enjoy working within a target driven environment, possess good customer service skills and have a smart and presentable appearance. You will be an excellent communicator and possess strong negotiation skills. You will demonstrate good commercial awareness of the property market and possess the drive and determination to succeed.

The role will involve:
• Registering sales & lettings applicants
• Carry out viewings
• Marketing and advertising properties
• Advising relevant parties about the sales/lettings process
• Liaising with prospective buyers/tenants
• Negotiating with the relevant parties
• Will consider candidate with or without experience
• Good local knowledge preferred
• Must have full clean driving licence
