Our clients, based in Clerkenwell require an ambitious and determined Lettings Negotiator; candidate’s should be professional, enthusiastic and hungry for success. You will be responsible for registering applicants, carry out viewings, negotiate between parties, provide Landlord feedback and generally increase business levels.

The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people, so good customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position.

To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:

• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills

• Full UK driving licence essential.
