Senior Sales Negotiator

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious with a proven track record. This role requires an excellent ‘negotiator’ with the ability to ‘close’ deals independently and successfully.
As an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be a team player with drive, enthusiasm and energy. You will need to have excellent communication skills and experience in residential Sales. You will be operating in a busy office, we need a negotiator who copes extremely well with pressure and remains calm and focused at all times. Organisational skills are vital in this role, along with good PC skills.
The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people, so good customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position. This role has exceptional earning potential for the passionate, money motivated and determined candidate.
Duties of this exciting role will include;
- Registering applicants
- Matching properties to applicants needs
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating – Closing deals
- Liaising with Vendors and Purchasers
- Canvassing of new properties
To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:
- Experience as a successful negotiator *Listing experience is essential
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record
- Customer focused
- Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
