Office Based Negotiators – Chelmsford, Essex
Basic: £16,000 to £18,000 per annum (on full time basis)
OTE: £20,000 – £22,000
Hours: 5 day working week – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am – 5pm on a rota basis (one in 2/3)

Would you like to work for a highly respect multi branch agent within Essex. They are currently looking to employ 2 enthusiastic people to join their office based in Chelmsford. You will be working as part of a team, so will also need a competitive edge and have excellent communication skills with a smart appearance and professional approach.

Our clients have built much of their business through reputation and generally employ fast paced, driven, dynamic individuals who have the charm, perseverance and dedication to thrive in their busy environment.

You will be responsible for servicing all online enquiries received about properties, which they are promoting either for Sale or to Rent. There will be no face to face contact with the public, instead, from the outset they engage with their customers either electronically by email or directly by telephone. Therefore good I.T skills and touch typing speed are important, along with a confident, professional, outgoing and enthusiastic telephone manner. Experience in residential Sales or Lettings would be preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Customer focused
  • Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You must have a full UK driving licence
