The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience (ideally over five), will be confident, knowledgeable and self motivated.

You will need to have impeccable people skills as well as good time management and organisation skills. An acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position.

Duties of this role will include;

*Registering applicants *Matching properties to applicants needs *Conducting viewings *Negotiating – Closing sales *Liaising with vendors and purchasers *Canvassing, valuing and listing of new properties

This is considering a senior role with the benefit of flexible working hours.

To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:

*A minimum of two years experience as a successful listing senior negotiator *Customer focused *Excellent communication skills *Full UK driving license essential and own car for business use
