Our Clients are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their successful and professional team based in the Hertfordshire area.

Overview of Role

You will be required to:-

• Work on behalf of our vendors to secure the sale of their property for the best possible price within the desired time scale and in accordance with their wishes
• Provide an efficient service to our clients customers
• Support the team effort in order to achieve branch goals and objectives
• Work honestly and with integrity, reinforcing the company’s professional reputation

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Achieve all personal financial and performance targets
• Deal with all customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Register and qualify all potential buyers and vendors, ensuring all necessary information is requested and recorded accurately •
• Arrange appointments to view and ensure they are relevant and appropriate to vendor and potential buyer
• Work proactively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum number of potential buyers
• Be punctual for all meetings and appointments
• Follow and adhere to all office systems and procedures

Our clients are ideally looking for experience but may consider a trainee with strong sales ability.
