An East London estate agency urgently requires an Experienced Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of one years experience to join, build and develop their lettings business. The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated and driven with a proven track record. This role requires an excellent ‘negotiator’ and ‘closer’.

As an experienced Lettings Negotiator, you will need to have impeccable people skills and experience in lettings.

The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people, so good customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position.

Duties of this exciting role will include;

• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating – Closing deals

• Liaising with landlords & tenants

To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:

• Ideally one years experience as a successful lettings negotiator
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record
• Customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Own car for business use
