Our clients are keen to recruit an experienced Letting Manager to oversee and manage their new Hampstead office. The successful Manager must be hungry, highly motivated and driven with a proven track record at Management level.

As an experienced Lettings Manager you will need to possess strong leadership skills and demonstrate the enthusiasm and energy to motivate your team. You will need to have impeccable people skills and be polished in your presentation. You will need to cope extremely well with pressure and remain calm and focused at all times. Organisational skills are key in this role, along with good PC skills.

Duties of this exciting role will include;
• Business development
• Canvassing of new properties
• Presenting to Landlords and securing new business opportunities
• Negotiating – Closing lets.
• Performance assessments
• Daily meetings with staff
• Reporting and analysis

To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:
• Experience as Lettings Manager
• Able to demonstrate a successful performance track record
• Strong legislation knowledge
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
