Our client, a professional independent based in North London requires an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their already established team. The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated and driven with a proven track record. This role requires an excellent ‘negotiator’ and ‘closer’.

The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people, so good customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position.

This role has great earning potential for the hungry, motivated and determined candidate.

To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:

• Experience as a successful lettings negotiator
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record

• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
