Our clients, a successful independent Estate Agent are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office, ideally with knowledge of local area.

Candidates must be driven and highly motivated with good communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a senior negotiator looking to progress to management level.

The ideal candidate must have solid lettings experience with the ability to list properties and generate new business. You will need drive, ambition, be very responsible and be able to multi task as you will be dealing with your own paperwork.

Candidates must have a proven track record in lettings coupled with a customer focused approach.

Duties Include:

• Negotiating rent by liaising between client and applicant
• Negotiating renewals + completing relavent paperwork
• Arrange viewings and agree lets
• Carrying out viewings
• Close deals
• Build and keep up relationships with landlords/tenants
• Canvass for new business opportunities
• Achieve pre-agreed targets
• Offer a top level of customer service at all times
• Hit targets on individual and office targets

• Must have full UK driving licence.
