Are you a driven and tenacious Lettings Negotiator with a proven success in Residential Lettings?
Are you a self-motivated individual who is well presented and has strong communication and time management skills? You should be a self-starter and have an ability to negotiate and to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels. Preferably you will be NFOPP qualified with some knowledge of the local area. You must be able to drive and have your own car.

About the Job

  • Experienced Lettings Negotiators for the Bromley Borough
  • Responsible for qualifying potential tenants, identify their needs and match them to suitable properties.
  • A typical day will include: viewing properties, negotiating offers and taking references, in addition to delivering a consistently high level of customer service to landlords and tenants.

Our clients are looking to pay a basic salary of between £15,000 – £18,000 Per Annum (depending on experience) plus commission. You can expect your on target earnings to be in the region of £35,000 – £50,000. In addition, they also offer a car allowance.

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 7pm, Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am – 5:30pm with day off in lieu. 5 day working week.
