Our clients are a highly respected and well established independent who opened their first office in Upminster in 1968 and due to continued growth now have more than twenty offices and departments covering Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying across most of Essex and into Central London.

About the Job

  • Branch Manager
  • To cover the Havering area across East London and Essex.
  • To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
  • Managing and developing a team to fill their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set
  • Motivating your team with incentives and rewards
  • Listing and selling properties

You could expect your on target earning to be IRO £60,000. In addition, they are offering a company car or car allowance, alongside bonuses and benefits. Benefits include pension and profit share.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am -6pm, Saturdays 9am – 5:30pm with a day off in lieu when worked
