Are you a dynamic, outgoing and professional individual looking for a new role within the Property Industry? You must be organised, IT literate and have excellent negotiation and selling skills. Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with applicants, landlords and colleagues is essential. Preferably you will have at least 6-months lettings experience, but other sales-orientated experience may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Our clients are a highly respected and well established independent who opened their first office in Upminster in 1968 and due to continued growth now have more than twenty offices and departments covering Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying across most of Essex and into Central London.

Our clients are looking to pay a basic salary between £14,000-£16,000pa plus commission. You could expect your on target earning to be IRO £20,000-£28,000. In addition, they are offering a company car or car allowance, alongside bonuses.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:30pm, Saturdays 9:00am – 5:30pm with a day lieu.
