Preferably you will currently be in a similar role elsewhere, but candidates with a strong Administration background, who interact well face-to-face and over the phone will also be considered.

Our clients are a highly respected and well established independent who opened their first office in Upminster in 1968 and due to continued growth now have more than twenty offices and departments covering Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying across most of Essex and into Central London.

About the Role

  • Lettings Progressor
  • Location – Brentwood
  • Check that agreed tenancy terms are correct
  • Processing Admin Fees
  • Monitor progress of Tenants references
  • Liaise with Inventory Clerks
  • Arrange professional clean of property just prior to completion
  • Complete all relevant paperwork for Guarantors and process accordingly
  • Arrange Gas and Safety inspections
  • Confirm with Tenants their arrangements for insurance
  • Liaise with Landlords regarding any works required before completion
  • Make sure all meters are read prior to move in

Our clients are looking to pay a basic salary between £17-19,000pa plus commission. You could expect your on target earning to be IRO £20-22,000. In addition, they offer bonuses.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am -6.00pm
