Are you highly driven and self-motivated? One of our clients is looking for a hard-working and positive Sales Negotiator to join their team. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills and at least one year’s customer facing sales experience. Ideally you will have listing experience and some local knowledge, but this is not essential. You must have a full UK driving licence, and preferably your own car.

Our clients are a highly respected and well established independent who opened their first office in Upminster in 1968 and due to continued growth now have more than twenty offices and departments covering Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying across most of Essex and into Central London.

As a Property Consultant, you should reach an earning potential of between £20,000 and £25,000 OTE. In addition, they are offering a car allowance or company car and you will receive an end of the year discretionary profit share.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am -6pm, Saturdays 9am – 5:30pm with a day off in lieu when worked. 5 day working week.

  • Basic upper £16000
  • OTE lower £20000
  • OTE upper £25000
