Do you have a high amount of drive and determination to earn money and succeed? Do you have previous management experience within a highly target orientated environment? You should be energetic, team focused and adaptable, as you will be managing a small team. You must be a good closer and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times. Ideally you will be at a very Senior Negotiator, ABM or Management level, with new homes experience as a must.

About the Job

  • New Homes Sales Manager – Docklands, London
  • Responsible for managing a team
  • Working with developers, winning new business
  • Identifying and initiating leads from other sources
  • Liaising closely with consultants on daily/weekly/monthly figures reports
  • Training, coaching & motivating team members daily with morning meetings and regularly planning one to ones
  • Working off plan with developers, purchasers and investors
  • You must posses good technical knowledge and understanding of reading plans

Our clients are offering a basic salary of between £25,000 – 30,000 pa and between £55,000 – 65,000 pa, as well as a Zone 1 & 2 travelcard paid for.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 6pm (with one late night to 7), Friday 8.30-5pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-5pm
