Our clients are looking for a Lettings Manager for their busy Maidstone Kent office. You will be a self-starter who would relish the challenge of developing their lettings department.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in estate agency and previous success rate from within Lettings.

• 2 years experience in lettings
• Know how to win new instructions
• Driven and enthusiastic
• Well spoken and presented
• Can think ‘out of the box’
• Know the factors that make a successful lettings office
• Full driving license/plus own car essential

• Basic lower £18000
• Basic upper £20000
• OTE lower £35000

• OTE upper £45000
