A very busy East London based estate agency urgently requires an Experienced Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of one years experience to join their dynamic and hardworking team. The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated and driven with a proven track record. This role requires an excellent ‘negotiator’ and ‘closer’.

As an experienced Lettings Negotiator, we are looking for a team player with drive, enthusiasm and energy. You will need to have impeccable people skills and experience in lettings. Operating in a very busy office, we need a negotiator who extremely copes well with pressure and remains calm and focused at all times. Organisational skills are key in this role, along with good PC skills.

The role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people, so good customer service skills are essential and an acute awareness of client relationships are required to succeed in this position. This role has exceptional earning potential for the hungry, money motivated and determined candidate.

Duties of this exciting role will include;
• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating – Closing deals
• Liaising with clients, landlords & tenants
• Touting of new properties
• Advertising properties
• Dealing with paperwork
To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:
• A minimum of two years experience as a successful lettings negotiator
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
• Customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
