An Essex based estate agency require an Experienced Sales Negotiator with a minimum of two years experience to join their team.

As an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, we are looking for a team player with drive, enthusiasm and energy. This role has good earning potential for the hungry, money motivated and determined candidate.

Duties of this exciting role will include;
• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating – Closing deals
• Liaising with clients, landlords & tenants
• Canvassing of new properties

To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:
• A minimum of two years experience as a successful negotiator
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
• Customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
