Our clients are looking for a Lettings Manager for their Chichester office. You must be a self-starter who would relish the challenge of building and developing their lettings department.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in estate agency and previous success rate from within Lettings.

• 2 years experience in lettings
• Know how to win new instructions
• Driven and enthusiastic
• Well spoken and presented
• Can think ‘out of the box’
• Know the factors that make a successful lettings office
• Full driving license/plus own car essential

• OTE lower £25000

• OTE upper £35000
