New Homes Manager

A Leading Estate Agents are looking for a New Homes Manager to be based in Emsworth, covering the South Coast from Brighton to Portsmouth.
Duties will include day to day management of new homes staff and liaising with developers. Assisting residential offices, keeping up the profile of new homes sales.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and sourcing new business across the South Coast. Able to communicate with a variety of members of the building industry on different levels including Directors, site sales, site managers, builders etc. Works as a consultant in site set up, liaises with builders in show home design and house design. Liaisons with in site presentation, builder/site branding and signage throughout the duration of the site. Responsible for assisting Sales coordinators in organising and coordinating open days/launch events.
Working as part of a team and very closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that you are targeting business in the correct areas and with the correct people. Should be competent in market research and always aware of competitor activity.
Previous new homes experience is essential along with some business development for identifying new sites.
Driving licence is essential.
This is a predominately Monday to Friday role but there may be some weekends required.
Candidate must be self-driven, upbeat, motivated and able to motivate others.
Salary is negotiable.
