Cover Supervisor

Due to increased demand we are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for September 2010 to work in secondary schools in Essex.
Candidates will be required to deliver pre planned lessons to classes of between 20 and 30 students, in the absence of their usual teacher. Therefore, the ability to think creatively and build rapport with students is essential.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 months education experience and a degree relevant to any secondary subject.
You will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic motivated and have a passion for education. The ability to maintain the attention of your pupils is essential.
