Lynn Cannell began her career in property 1981 working for a well respected independent estate agency chain and went on to enjoy continued success within the property and financial services sector until her move into recruitment in 1995. In the early days Lynn specialised in a unique consultancy practice offering a complete recruitment, assessment, training and development service. However the demand for her recruitment services were high and in 2000 she opened the doors to their first office in Woodford, with Brighton and Bank following.

Tracey Cannell Tracey enjoyed thirteen successful estate agency years before joining LCA in 2004. Her experience and understanding of the property industry is outstanding and makes are an invaluable and highly respected member of the LCA team. She has been paramount the development of our South East region, successfully building strong ties with clients across Sussex, in particular Brighton and Hove and well as the Surrey and Kent areas.

Naomi House With nine years recruitment experience Naomi brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge and has proven herself one of LCA's most successful and effective consultants. Her understanding of people and ability to match accurately is truly impressive. A bright and bubbly individual and a popular member of the LCA team.

Morgan Brooks With three years recruitment experience coupled with a year’s Estate Agency experience, Morgan is a perfect fit for the LCA team. Her ability to spot opportunities and act upon new business leads is outstanding. A conscientious and helpful member, who not only supports the whole team, but is an essential part of the development and growth of our business.

Peter Hennem Qualified Accountant and one of the most important members of the team! Peter controls finances of LCA and following a highly successful career with some of the countries largest blue chip companies, we are blessed to have such a master on our team!
